What is a "once-used" box?
A carton collected after its first journey, opened and checked by hand, then graded. Grade A boxes have clean flaps and square corners with plenty of life left — at about half the price of new.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes. We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode; bulk and pallet rates are available on request.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for standard orders. For bulk, pallet or recurring supply, message us for a tailored quote.
Can I order custom sizes?
We stock common single- and double-wall sizes. For custom dimensions or printing, contact our team with your specs.
How do I pay?
Checkout is powered by HitPay — FPX online banking and major cards, all in MYR. Your card details never touch our servers.
Shipping
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Bulk and pallet deliveries are scheduled directly — message us for lead times.
Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because graded boxes are sold by condition, please check the grade description before ordering. Custom or cut-to-size items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by HitPay in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): FPX online banking and major debit/credit cards.
Your payment details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and never stored on our servers. For invoicing or corporate terms, contact our team.
Privacy policy
We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — name, contact, delivery address and email — and to provide support. We do not sell your data.
Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. To request access to or deletion of your data, email [email protected].
