What is a "once-used" box?
A carton collected after its first journey, opened and checked by hand, then graded. Grade A boxes have clean flaps and square corners with plenty of life left — at about half the price of new.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes. We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode; bulk and pallet rates are available on request.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for standard orders. For bulk, pallet or recurring supply, message us for a tailored quote.
Can I order custom sizes?
We stock common single- and double-wall sizes. For custom dimensions or printing, contact our team with your specs.
How do I pay?
Checkout is powered by HitPay — FPX online banking and major cards, all in MYR. Your card details never touch our servers.
What packaging supplies do you sell besides boxes?
Corrugated cardboard sheets and rolls, PE foam, packing tape, stretch film for pallet wrapping, and courier flyer bags — alongside new and once-used carton boxes in the common single- and double-wall sizes.
Are once-used boxes strong enough for courier shipping?
For most parcels, yes. A Grade A once-used carton has been opened once, checked by hand and graded for clean flaps and square corners, so it takes a normal courier run at about half the price of new. For heavy, stacked or fragile loads, step up to double wall and cushion the contents with PE foam.
What is the difference between 3-ply and 5-ply carton boxes?
3-ply is single wall — one fluted layer between two liners. 5-ply is double wall, with two fluted layers, and resists crushing far better under weight or stacking. "3-ply" and "single wall" describe the same board, as do "5-ply" and "double wall".
How many boxes do I need to move house?
Budget roughly 8–12 boxes per bedroom for a typical Malaysian home: about 20–30 for a one-bedroom condo, 45–70 for a three-bedroom terrace, and 70–100 or more for a four-bedroom landed house. Add 10–15% on top — running out mid-pack is the usual moving-day headache.
How do I stop cardboard boxes going soft in Malaysian humidity?
Store them off the floor and away from exterior walls, on a pallet or shelf with air moving around them, and keep them flat rather than assembled. Corrugated board draws moisture straight out of humid air, and a damp carton loses a large share of its stacking strength.
What is stretch film used for?
Stretch film — also called pallet wrap — binds a stacked pallet into one stable unit so it survives handling and transit. Hand rolls suit occasional pallets; machine rolls are for a wrapping machine. It holds a load together but does not cushion it, so use PE foam or cardboard for that.
Do you supply businesses in bulk?
Yes. We supply packaging to manufacturers, retailers and logistics teams across Malaysia — clients include Petronas, Samsung C&T and Laneige. Message our team with your sizes and monthly volume for pallet quantities, recurring supply or a tailored quote.
Where are you based, and can I collect my order?
Quinocycle Sdn Bhd (SSM 202001029919) operates from No.13 Jalan Taming P/1, Taming Jaya, 43300 Balakong, Selangor. We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia; if you would rather collect in person, message us first so we can confirm stock and arrange a time.
Do you deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?
Standard delivery covers Peninsular Malaysia, priced at checkout from your postcode. For East Malaysia, message us with your postcode and order size before ordering so we can quote the freight separately.
Shipping
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Bulk and pallet deliveries are scheduled directly — message us for lead times.
Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because graded boxes are sold by condition, please check the grade description before ordering. Custom or cut-to-size items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by HitPay in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): FPX online banking and major debit/credit cards.
Your payment details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and never stored on our servers. For invoicing or corporate terms, contact our team.
Privacy policy
We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — name, contact, delivery address and email — and to provide support. We do not sell your data.
